What is the refund/return policy?

If the product proves to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please reach out to us at info@airmega.com. After discussing with our Customer Service Center, we may ask you to return the proof of purchase and the defective product within 45 days. We will send you the repaired product or a replacement. For more information, please check your warranty policy in the user manual.

If you return your package in its unopened condition within 30 days, we will refund you for the full amount of the product.
