How do I return an item?

In order to be eligible for service under this warranty, within 45 days of discovering a manufacturing defect that falls within the warranty period, please call 1-800-285-0982, between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, to speak with an authorized representative of Coway. A claim will be opened, and you will be instructed where to send proof of purchase and the defective product. Returns must be shipped with a verifiable tracking number (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority) to the location specified by the authorized representative of Coway.
