Once we receive your return and have inspected the returned product (typically between two to three business days of receipt), your refund request will be processed immediately. A credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment within seven business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional two to ten business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
In the case of returns sent from APO/FPO addresses, the military handles the delivery, so we are unable to estimate the shipping time back to us. Usually, these returns take a little longer than normal, so please be patient.
