I haven’t received my purchase confirmation or tracking information what should I do?

My refund hasn’t arrived. Where is my refund?
Answer: Each customer’s order is different. It all depends on the bank institution that made the transaction. But on average it will take about 2-5 days for the refund to reach the customer’s accounts.
I would like to talk about making a bulk order purchase. How do I go about doing that?
